BOX OFFICE
Wrong Shoes Theatre Company CIC respects the rights of its customers and their personal details and is in full agreement with the principles outlined in the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act.

The only mandatory information we ask for is that which is needed to complete the ticket sale at the bare minimum, requiring that you provide us only with your full name and e-mail address.

We require these personal details for a number of reasons. We need your full name and e-mail address so we are able to send you tickets electronically, so we can re-issue you tickets and offer refunds if necessary in accordance with our terms and conditions. We also require this information for our own records to ensure customer entry to events and for roll-call purposes. We may also use these details to send you news about the Shoebox Theatre and Wrong Shoes Theatre Company if you opt in to receiving this information.

We do not share the information we collect with any third party apart from WIX, who host the site and hold this information for us. They are also subject to the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act in the same manner we are. We follow the Information Commissioner's Office's recommendations for our own data security.
